mbits wants to make an impression in regards to the service we provide but not at the expense of the environment.
To that end mbits engaged the services of Carbon Planet to assess the extent to which we as an organisation generate greenhouse gas emissions. This assessment confirmed that mbits produced an overall total of 69.1 tonnes of GHG emissions, also known as CO2 equivalents (CO2e).
mbits is now in the 2nd Year of offsetting these emissions through the planting of trees under the management of the NSW Department of Forestry. This is an ongoing commitment by mbits to ensure we remain a carbon managed company.
